How to read the analytics screens
What the four key metrics and the cards in the analytics overview count, and how to pick a period and site and export the data.
Weekerp analytics counts the requests that come to your site, because Weekerp receives them directly. Without adding any script to your site, you can see how much AI bots and search bots read your site and where your users come from.
Under Analytics in the sidebar you'll find the Overview, Bot crawling, User inflow, Pages, and Countries reports.
The four key metrics
Pick a metric from the tabs at the top of the overview to see its trend and the change from the previous period.

| User inflow | How many times users opened a page. It counts views, not visitors. Images, CSS, errors, and redirects are excluded |
| AI chatbot inflows | Users who actually came in by clicking a link in an AI answer such as ChatGPT or Perplexity |
Cards in the overview
- Why AI read your site: Splits AI bot requests into search & answers / live fetch / training. Bot crawling
- Bot requests by AI service: A ranking of GPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Meta AI, and Copilot. It counts only search & answers and live fetch, not training.
- AI chatbot inflows · Channels: User inflow
- Inflows by top page: Shows AI bot requests, user inflow, AI chatbot inflow, and the AI request ratio for each page. robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt get an SEO file label. Pages
Picking a period
You pick the period for each card separately. Use the period menu at the bottom left of a card to choose Last 7 days · Last 28 days · Last 30 days · Last 90 days, This month, Last month, or Custom. The default is the last 7 days.
- Custom: Pick a start and end date in the calendar and click Apply. If you pick a single day, the data is shown by hour.
- You can't pick today or yesterday. Only dates whose totals are finished are shown.
Plans and retention
How far back you can look depends on your plan. Free shows the last 2 months, Pro 14 months, and Enterprise has no limit. Periods you can't view are marked Pro. Data is never deleted, so you can see it right away after upgrading.
Picking a site
If you have several sites, pick one under Domain at the top, or choose All domains to see them combined. Your choice is remembered.
When numbers don't show up yet
- No usage has been recorded yet.: Right after connecting, numbers appear in 1 to 2 hours.
- Provisional: The value isn't final yet. It may change when you refresh.
Sample data
Before you connect a site, Sample data is on so you can look around the screens in advance. Turn it on or off with the switch at the top right. It applies to the dashboard, analytics, the blog post list, and storage usage together.
Exporting
Choose from the export menu at the top right.
- Copy AI analysis prompt: Paste it into an AI such as ChatGPT and it will analyze this screen for you.
- Export as CSV: Pick one item to get a CSV, or several to get a zip.
- Export as Excel: One sheet per card, with the period and descriptions on an info sheet at the front.
