Frequently Asked Questions

The Free plan is for personal projects and testing, with no time limit. Commercial use isn't allowed on this plan. It includes one member and the monthly allowance. If you run a live service, we recommend the Pro plan.

Usage beyond the allowance is blocked, and you aren't charged anything extra. Upgrade to Pro and you can carry on right away.

Pro and Enterprise have a base fee that includes one member, and each additional member adds one member's fee. Members are counted automatically from the people who have accepted an invitation and are active. Added members are charged pro rata from that day, and removed members are reflected from the next billing cycle.

You pay only for what goes over, at the rates in the table above. Traffic and requests combine your site and the image CDN. Enter your usage in the calculator above to see an estimate.

We count them just once per unique URL parameter. For example, if you request `?s=200x200`, it counts as 1 transformation. Subsequent requests for the same size are served from the cache and do not cost extra. Typically, transformations make up only 5-10% of total requests.

You're charged for the first time when you add your card, and then on about the same date each month.
